We finished our first trip, although 2 members of the pack were not able to make it we still had a blast!
It was challenging, rewarding, and exciting all wrapped into one. For now it somewhat hurts just to type so I will keep it short. Be on the look out for a full trip report, lots of pics, and when I get some time to edit we will have some HD GoPro footage as well!

Congrats on your maiden adventure. I am also new to backpacking and am just gearing up. I haven’t done my first overnighter yet, so I am living vicariously through your experience. I am looking forward to hearing about it and seeing the pictures.
Welcome! It was truly amazing. We are working on all the pics and what not now and hope to have the full details posted by this weekend. We also have been gearing up like crazy so if you have any questions or what some pointers feel free to ask!
